Every project starts with management questions, not charts. The usual sequence is:

Building the dashboard, reconciling it with your current reports, and refining.
Handover, scheduled refresh and user training.

Which data can it connect to?

Power BI connects to almost any source. The most common in my projects are Excel files, SQL Server databases, exports from accounting and inventory software, and CSV files from production and sales systems. If the data is messy, tidying it is part of the job.

How much does a Power BI dashboard cost?

It depends on the number of data sources, how much cleaning is needed and the number of pages. After the first call and a look at the data, I send a written, fixed scope and price, so you know the cost before work starts.

Do we need to buy Power BI licences?

The free Power BI Desktop is enough to build and view a dashboard on a computer. To share it with several people in the browser and on mobile you usually need Power BI Pro; we look at the best option for your situation in the first call.

Our data is confidential. How is it protected?

Data is received only after we agree on the work, through the secure client portal, and is used for that project only. If needed, I can work on your own systems without the data leaving them.

Can we change the dashboard ourselves after handover?

Yes. The data model and measures are handed over documented, and in the training session we practise the common changes with your team.
