Financial dashboards: P&L, cash flow and working capital for the finance director
I turn your accounting data into a dashboard that shows where profit comes from and where it leaks, what cash looks like in the coming weeks, and how much capital is tied up in receivables and inventory.
Best for: Finance directors, CEOs and senior accountants who have the financial statements but not fast, current analysis.
Which questions does it answer?
A financial dashboard is built to answer specific management questions, such as:
- Which product, customer or branch is actually profitable?
- Will we be short of cash in the coming weeks?
- How much money is stuck in overdue receivables and slow-moving stock?
- Where are costs above budget and last year?
From accounting data to dashboard
I take the exports from your accounting software (general ledger, sales, purchases, receipts and payments), map the accounts to a management structure and reconcile the figures with your trial balance, so the dashboard shows exactly what the books say. After that, the dashboard updates whenever the data does.
Cash forecasting
Beyond the past, I build a 13-week cash forecast from receivable due dates, cheques and planned payments, so you see a cash shortfall weeks ahead and can plan for it.
What you receive
- A P&L dashboard by product, customer and period
- A cash flow dashboard with a 13-week forecast
- Analysis of receivables, inventory and the cash conversion cycle
- Reconciliation with the books and a documented account mapping
- A short analytical report with findings and recommendations

Which accounting software do you work with?
Any software that exports to Excel or gives database access can be used. Common packages such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage and Dynamics usually do.
Does this replace bookkeeping or audit?
No. It works on top of your existing accounting data, and its purpose is analysis for management decisions, not recording or auditing.
What if our accounting data is incomplete or messy?
We review data quality in the first call. Most of the time, tidying the chart of accounts and a few simple rules make the data ready for analysis, and its weak points become clear.
Do you work with companies outside Iran?
Yes. The work is fully remote, and the dashboard can be built in English with your currency and calendar.
